Age of Discovery: What the Hell Is Wrong With This Navy?

After transmigrating into the world of One Piece, he starts out as a Navy Headquarters lieutenant colonel and inspector, touring various Navy bases.

A lieutenant colonel from a Navy branch: “I paid for your meals, drinks, gambling, and women, and you accepted it all. So why are you still investigating me?”

Rhodes: “I really like that you know how to handle people, but accepting your bribes and investigating you don't seem to conflict.”

A pirate: “I'll give you all my treasure. Just let me live!”

Rhodes: “Foolish. If I kill you, all of that will be mine anyway. Why would I let you go?”

Nami: “Colonel Rhodes told me he'd deal with the Arlong Pirates if I went on a date with him... But before I could even say yes, he'd already taken down Arlong and dragged me aboard a warship.”

Vivi: “I begged Colonel Rhodes to help us take down Crocodile. He insisted I spend a night alone with him before he'd agree. Then afterward, he arrested Crocodile's partner, Nico Robin, and took her to his room, saying he wanted to interrogate her alone!”

Hancock: “That man is such a scumbag... Oh, Rhodes, I want to marry you!”
