You Wanted Me to Be Cannon Fodder, So Why Have I Had Nine Memorial Services?

In 2030, Blue Star is struck by a meteor in a cataclysm of epic proportions, and now faces a vast fleet of alien aircraft.

The nations of the world unite, founding the Azure Sword to fight back.

Wearing a "Linghua" chip, Jiang Xiaobai joins the fray on behalf of the Dragon Nation.

"How could the Dragon Nation possibly have its own chips? Our Great Eagle Nation's chips are the best in the world!"

"Wait, why can't we control Jiang Xiaobai's central system? He... he isn't using our chip? That's impossible!"

Written off as cannon fodder, Jiang Xiaobai goes on to wipe out entire forces, destroy ships, take heads... and blow up stars!

Jiang Xiaobai must be eliminated!

Just as certain shadowy forces try every means to get rid of this rising star of the Dragon Nation, all they get in response is an exasperated sigh from their subordinate:

"We've held nine memorial services already, and still can't kill him... What are we supposed to do?"
