You Went from a Poor Family to High Society, and Now You Condemn Him?

A TV interview show featuring families from the poorest to the wealthiest takes the world by storm.

The matriarch of the Chen family is a business tycoon. Their youngest daughter is a major celebrity. Their youngest son is a born top student.

All three accuse the eldest son, Chen Yang.

Chen Yang sold off his younger brother and sister. He was a total bastard,

with no sense of responsibility as an elder brother!

--

Until footage from years ago is played. People see Chen family patriarch telling Chen Yang to take good care of the whole family before he dies.

For the sake of a promise, he gave up his entire life.

He deliberately sold off his younger siblings because he was gravely ill. He deliberately sought out kind families for them, then secretly helped each one succeed.

When he finally takes the stage, his body is gaunt and frail. Facing death, he says calmly, "Father, I kept my promise. I protected our family."

Everyone breaks down in tears.

When will you finally see me as your savior...

I'm so tired, but I'm the eldest brother.

I have to lift my family out of poverty before I can die.
