Hogwarts: The Slytherin Tycoon Starts by Collecting Rent

Alan transmigrates to the Harry Potter world and discovers that a dark wizard has stiffed him on the rent for his family's ancestral shop in Knockturn Alley.

As the sole heir to the Alderton family, furious Alan obtains the Rent Collecting System, which can rent out anything!

"Your letter helped the Aurors catch a fugitive werewolf. Information rented successfully. Reward: Wandless Shield Charm."

"You answered Hermione's question. Reward: First place in every exam."

"You helped Luna feed a unicorn. Reward: Immunity to curses."

"..."

Snape: "What! There are two transfer students called Kat?"

Dumbledore: "Alan is either doing good deeds or on his way to do good deeds. The rumors about him being the Lord of Death are false!"

Alan: "I'm just a rent collector passing through."
