Collecting Rent at Hogwarts: Veela Senior, Please Behave Yourself

Allen transmigrates into the Harry Potter world and is locked up for ten years. When he finally gets out, he discovers that someone has been squatting in his shop on Knockturn Alley without paying rent.

Suspecting that some ill-intentioned Dark wizard is behind it, Allen is furious, and gains the Everything Can Be Rented System!

"Your letter helped the Aurors capture a fugitive werewolf. Rental information submitted successfully. Reward: Wandless Shield Charm."

"You answered Hermione's question. Reward: First Place in Every Exam."

"You helped Luna feed a unicorn. Reward: Curse Immunity."

Snape: "Why has Slytherin become the Veela's school of choice? What? Elves have come too?"

Dumbledore: "Allen is either doing good deeds or on his way to do good deeds. The rumors that he's the Lord of the Dementors are just that, rumors!"

Allen: "I'm just a rent collector passing through."
