Danger! The Seasick Admiral Is Wanted Dead by Both Marines and Pirates

Xiao transmigrated to the world of One Piece. Because he got seasick, he joined the Army and quickly rose to the rank of Admiral.

Then the New World was turned upside down, as Luffy and Buggy both became Emperors of the Sea.

To deal with the new situation, Xiao went to Navy Headquarters for a meeting.

At the meeting, Xiao couldn't stand Akainu's sarcastic remarks about the Army and his unreasonable orders. The two got into a massive fight, Xiao tore Navy Headquarters apart, and ultimately fled to sea as a wanted deserter.

After fleeing, Xiao awakened the Bounty System. The higher his own and his crew's bounties rose, the stronger he became.

So Xiao recruited crew members while beating up Celestial Dragons, stealing Heavenly Tribute, breaking into Impel Down, and provoking the Cross Guild.

As his bounty kept rising, Xiao became more and more invincible.

Xiao: "The Navy and pirates alone aren't enough to raise my bounty. I need to figure out how to get the Revolutionary Army to put a bounty on me too."
