The Seasick General, Wanted by Both the Navy and the Pirates

Xiao transmigrates into the world of pirates. Because he gets seasick, he joins the Army and quickly rises to the rank of admiral.

Then the New World undergoes a sea change: Luffy and Buggy both become Emperors of the Sea.

To deal with the new situation, Xiao heads to Marine Headquarters for a meeting.

At the meeting, Xiao is fed up with Akainu's mockery of the Army and his unreasonable orders. The two come to blows, and Xiao tears Marine Headquarters apart before fleeing to sea as a deserter.

After his escape, Xiao awakens the Bounty System. The higher his and his crew's bounties climb, the stronger Xiao becomes.

So Xiao recruits crewmates while beating up Celestial Dragons, stealing Heavenly Tribute, breaking into Impel Down, and provoking Cross Guild.

As his bounty grows higher and higher, Xiao becomes more and more invincible.

Xiao: "The Marines' and pirates' bounties alone aren't enough. I need to find a way to get the Revolutionary Army to put a bounty on me too."
