Hong Kong Films: This Cop Has Some Conscience, But Not Much

Meng Fan transmigrates to an 1980s Hong Kong crime drama world and becomes a traffic cop.

When he first meets Da Sha, he exposes Da Sha's wife cheating with Ah Hui and Brother Fa.

Just as Da Sha is sincerely thanking Meng Fan for helping him take off his cuckold's hat, Meng Fan puts another one on his head...

Mary, Donna, and Lok Wai-ching: "Handsome Fan is the most righteous cop I've ever met. I love him!"

Chan Ka-kui: "It's an honor to serve under Sir Meng!"

Lee Shu-tong: "Man Bun, you're a real son to me! But I'm giving the top spot among the Chinese officers to Handsome Fan!"

Mr. Chiang, Hon Sam, and the Doctor: "Meng Fan, don't come over here!"

This is the story of a cop with a little bit of conscience who makes waves on Hong Kong Island and becomes a billionaire detective.

But... this cop doesn't have much of a conscience!
