The Qing Dynasty: I Killed Empress Dowager Cixi and Crowned Myself Emperor

Zhang Mancang and his nephew Zhang Tianyi transmigrated to the Qing Dynasty.

His nephew became the Tongzhi Emperor, while he became Prince Gong.

He had planned to live the carefree life of an idle prince, but history began repeating itself. He had thought Tongzhi died because syphilis had ruined his health.

But it turned out that Li Lianying had poisoned him.

Watching his nephew, the Tongzhi Emperor, die from the poison, Zhang Mancang drew his sword and slew Li Lianying, then slit Cixi's throat.

He slaughtered the tens of thousands of palace maids, eunuchs, imperial physicians, and foreigners who knew his secret.

He denounced Cixi for her cowardice and for diverting funds from the Beiyang Army, causing its forces to be utterly destroyed.

She signed several unequal treaties and paid 1.5 billion taels of silver in reparations!

To protect his nephew's realm, he decided to proclaim himself Emperor Tongzhi.

He would rule the land and sweep away the nations of the world.

He would make the Qing Dynasty the undisputed superpower of the world!
