You Sent Me Undercover, So Why Did I Clear Every Suspect's Name?

Ye Tian transmigrates to a parallel world and becomes a low-ranking police officer working undercover in a gang.

He had planned to play it safe, return to the force as soon as possible, and get a stable government job. Instead, a dying big shot bequeaths his position to him, and Ye Tian finds himself the new head of the gang.

His underlings have long since sworn off crime, and they're fiercely loyal to Ye Tian.

Looking at them, Ye Tian makes a momentous decision: since he has to complete his mission anyway, why gather evidence to send his men to prison when he could reform them and lead them onto the right path?

So Ye Tian slaps his forehead and gets his men to play gangsters as themselves.

Underling: Boss, I don't know how to act!

Ye Tian: Can you fight? Can you act tough? Can you hack people up?

The underlings all nod.

And so the Young and Dangerous film series is born.

Then come Prison on Fire, God of Gamblers, Infernal Affairs, The Grave Robbers' Chronicles... They all become hits across the internet.

Rumor has it that all these movies are based on Ye Tian's personal experiences and adapted from true events...

Watching the movies, the chief sinks into thought: Could Ye Tian be the one who really deserves to be sentenced?
