You Sent Me Undercover, and Now You're Making Me Film Infernal Affairs with a Suspect?

Ye Tian transmigrates to a parallel world and becomes a low-ranking police officer. Before he's even collected his first paycheck, his fearsome appearance gets him sent undercover in a gang.

He quickly rises through the ranks, and when the boss is on his deathbed, he names Ye Tian as his successor.

As Ye Tian struggles to decide whether to take over, his System activates: his reward is the script for Infernal Affairs, and he must lead his underlings in making the film.

The movie hits theaters and becomes an overnight sensation, leaving everyone at the police station stunned.

"Has he been turned? Is he about to blow his cover?"

His underlings, meanwhile, say, "Boss is warning us to watch out for undercover cops who've infiltrated the gang!"

Then Young and Dangerous, Prison on Fire, A Better Tomorrow, and Fight Back to School are released one after another.

When his name echoes around the world, his underlings grow confused.

"How come the boss can always get police resources to help us make movies...?"

"Yeah, and they're all filmed on location... I've been arrested and taken to that station so many times!"

"The guy playing the detective? He arrested me before..."

Meanwhile, the police are at their wits' end.

"We sent you undercover, and you took the suspects to make a movie?!"
