Journey to the West: I, Xuanzang, Am the Three Realms' Greatest Battle Mage!

Chen Yan woke up to find that he had transmigrated into the world of Journey to the West and become Jin Chanzi's tenth incarnation, Tang Sanzang!

He had only just woken up and hadn't figured out what was going on when the Tang Emperor summoned him to preside over a grand Water and Land Dharma Assembly and deliver the Jing River Dragon King from suffering!

"Preach the scriptures? I can't even recognize all the Buddhist sutras. What the heck am I supposed to preach?"

It wasn't until he climbed onto the cloud platform that Chen Yan realized he wasn't the real Tang Sanzang, but a fake monk.

Fortunately, the System arrived just in time. After awakening the strongest Battle Mage System, Chen Yan looked at the Jing River Dragon King and smiled.

"Deliver him from suffering? A good old-fashioned beating counts too!!"

And so, a freak who punched Sun Wukong and kicked Zhu Bajie into the air was born on the Journey to the West!

"Amitabha Buddha. I, a humble monk from the Great Tang in the Eastern Lands, have come to ask the Tathagata to step down!!"

Years later, Chen Yan arrived at the Great Thunderclap Temple in the Western Heaven. Looking at the Tathagata seated upon a golden lotus, he spoke.
