Recreating the Past and Present: I Invite Historical Figures to Play Themselves

A variety show brings the past and present together on screen.

When the actors suddenly go on strike, director Jiang Chen is at his wits' end. Then he activates the System and discovers he can invite people from the past to appear in person.

Qin Shi Huang: "I conquered the six states and united all under Heaven. I built the Great Wall to guard the dragon veins of the Nine Provinces, defend my Great Qin, and protect my realm. In the name of the First Emperor, I make this oath!"

As he finishes, two streams of tears fall from Qin Shi Huang's eyes.

His lofty ambitions from a thousand years ago ended with the second generation. Knowing the truth, he cannot accept it!

Jiang Chen: "Qin Shi Huang, don't get worked up. This is just acting."

At those words, Qin Shi Huang's expression turns solemn once more, as if he has returned to that time a thousand years ago, when he unified the six states and ascended the throne as emperor.

The imperial aura he exudes leaves the actors present afraid to look him in the eye, and they kneel without rising.

The viewers in the show's livestream are utterly stunned by Qin Shi Huang's performance!
