Summit War: I Promote Chakra in the Navy

Luo Chen transmigrates into the world of One Piece and becomes a teacher at the Navy Academy. Not only does he activate a God-Level Promotion System, but from the start he also develops the chakra from Naruto and spreads it throughout the Navy.

“You're saying that training in chakra can make all one hundred thousand elite Marines Logia users?”

Sengoku, Zephyr, the three Admirals, and the other high-ranking officers stare at the chakra cultivation technique, their faces filled with uncertainty.

But when Luo Chen demonstrates Fire Style: Great Fireball in front of everyone, all the officers turn pale with terror.

With chakra taught to all one hundred thousand Marines, Luo Chen goes on to develop ninjutsu in the seven Yin-Yang and Five Elements styles, spreading them throughout the entire force.

At Marineford, Aokiji spits magma, Akainu freezes the sea, and Kizaru fires curved lasers. The entire Whitebeard Pirates fall silent.

After escaping from prison, Bartley raises both hands when five thousand elite Buster Call troops surround him, armed with a Rasengan in one hand and a Chidori in the other.

On his way to seek revenge, he happens upon Sengoku and Zephyr taking the Nine Tailed Beasts out for a walk. Shiki the Golden Lion puts on his handcuffs and silently returns to Impel Down.
