Zephyr: You Asked Me to Fill In, So Why Did Everyone Become an Admiral?

Luo Chen transmigrates into the world of One Piece and becomes a teacher at a naval academy. Not only does he activate a God-Tier Promotion System, he also develops chakra from Naruto right from the start and promotes it throughout the entire Navy.

"You're saying that training in chakra can make all one hundred thousand elite Marines natural-type ability users?"

Sengoku, Zephyr, the three Admirals, and the other top brass stare at the chakra training method, their faces full of doubt.

But when Luo Chen demonstrates Fire Style: Great Fireball in front of everyone, the entire high command turns pale with shock.

With chakra now available to all one hundred thousand Marines, Luo Chen goes on to develop ninjutsu in all seven chakra natures, Yin and Yang as well as the five elements, and promotes it throughout the military.

At Marineford, Aokiji spits magma, Akainu freezes the sea, and Kizaru fires lasers in arcing paths. The entire Whitebeard Pirates fall silent.

After the prison break, faced with five thousand elite Buster Call troops surrounding him, each wielding a Rasengan in one hand and a Chidori in the other, Bartolomeo raises both hands.

During his revenge, he happens upon Sengoku and Zephyr heading out to capture the Nine Tailed Beasts. The Golden Lion puts on a pair of handcuffs and returns to Impel Down alone.
