Does this book have any commercial elements? If you just invest in the later stage of making a movie, you have no chance of winning.
You're not good at pacing. You said at the beginning that you were going to make a movie and the script was already written. After 40 chapters, you were ready to start filming. You don't need two or three chapters to end a movie, but dozens of chapters are too slow to lay the groundwork. There's no need to write so much about daily trivial matters.

This book is really well written. It's better than most director's writings. Why doesn't the performance take off? It's lukewarm.
