I couldn't read this book until halfway through. The author's writing skills are good, but he doesn't understand common sense. If a company is not listed, it is right for you to hold 100% of the shares. But if a company is listed, this person counts as 50, that person counts as 30, and the other person counts as 20. Do you still count it as 100%? So where are the outstanding shares? If there are no tradable shares, you are in a crazy market. The protagonist arranges people around him to go to another project called Didi Taxi to make money. He also arranges capital, arranges personnel, and arranges resources. Tell me, you only hold 15%, and the rest will be given to your secretary. It is completely challenging people's common sense. The author does not understand business common sense at all. It's okay for you to write some emotional books, but forget about business.
Gu Daochangsheng is pretty good
