Whether it is mental or physical trauma, these injuries are beneficial to growth. Everyone's body has thick parts, and they are all different. Some people are thick with calluses on their hands, some are thick with dirt on their backs, some are thick with old skin on their faces, and I hope that what I am thick with is the muscles of my heart. Don't give up even if you are beaten to death, don't sigh even if you die poor, let those who laugh at you become a joke. After all, there are not many people who are extremely sick and extremely enlightened. The times are so noisy and heavy, and we cannot be enlightened so easily. Turning endurance into enjoyment is the greatest victory of the spirit over the material. The soul can be independent or self-deceiving. The body is like running water, which keeps flowing day and night, causing people to grow old in a flash. The heart is like running water, never still for a moment, making people live in chaos. If the inner butterfly never awakens, the life of Dead Leaf Disk will be just a silent dead leaf. See the world with a pure heart, live life with a joyful heart, create emotions with a normal heart, and remove worries with a soft heart. If the nature is determined, the mind will dominate. If the heart controls, then things will follow. Treat things with sincerity, and things must be treated with sincerity. Cultivate yourself to respect, do not entrust yourself to respect.
