If you want to follow the flow of all realms, you must be strong.
Otherwise, you will have the ceiling of the Dragon Clan, and you go to a world with a bad reputation and you will be beaten casually. If you go to the Hokage, you may be relatively invincible in the early stage, but in the later stage, you will be like scum in all six realms.
