Personally, I suggest that the heroine's elite jounin be changed at the beginning.
After all, a 14-year-old elite jounin is too ridiculous. It is recommended to change it to a special jounin, or an original character. If it is a famous character in the original work, it may not matter. This kind of problem can easily make some people who know Naruto better cannot stand it.
