It would be more attractive to write it in another way
The villain he writes does not look like a villain, and farming does not look like farming. I recommend rebuilding the church. The protagonist should exist to change the world, overthrowing the ancient feudal era and establishing a new order.
The writing is good, but the pace is too slow, so you need to be patient and read it carefully. You can see a lot of foreshadowing in the details. If you like slow-paced Western fantasy novels, don't miss it!
Let me be the second comment in your book circle and give you a five-star
How many days have it been? The author is a eunuch.
It looks like the shelf of the Anno series. This background is actually good, but it needs to be filled with a lot of side settings.

A knight wizard who is so extraordinary has a lifespan of only 200. It's a bit too low. Can't he become a god?

It starts well, but it's a bit weird as it goes on. Normally, this kind of continent has a vast ocean and many islands. The protagonist can just build a boat at will and go out to sea to occupy the island and become the king. Is there any need to buy a title? Moreover, as a wizard, the protagonist has many means. When pirates come to rob, they just deliver food. Besides, pirates will not kill you just because you are a noble, and the kingdom will not send troops to help you catch pirates just because you are a noble! This broken title costs a lot, has very little effect, and is restricted to such a small territory!
