About This Novel
Young Mike has been plagued by nightmares since he suffered a serious illness, and monsters always appear in his dreams. His mother believed that the reason Mike had such dreams was because of the influence of his grandfather. His grandfather is a writer, and most of his works are about monsters, and Mike's favorite is his grandfather's books. Even though his grandfather suffered from Alzheimer's disease, Mike still looked up to him. Later one night, Mike saw the monster with his own eyes. It took away his grandfather's life, but Mike luckily escaped. Since then, this monster has often appeared in Mike's life.
