Yao Hun, a good-for-nothing from the Yao clan, stumbles into a forbidden area in the back mountains and happens upon a ninth-grade divine pill. Its power awakens his useless martial soul.
Now able to devour anything, his martial soul turns this failure into a rising star: he devours primordial energy and levels up at a furious pace; absorbs acquired martial souls to become a shape-shifting War God; and goes on adventures, picking up all kinds of treasures with ease. The clan’s direct descendants think they can throw their weight around? He’ll beat them! They have spiritual weapons? He’ll take them! Another beauty has been poisoned? Strip her and treat her!!
