Dating Show: Miss, Get a Grip! I'm Just Here to Steal the Spotlight!

[Silly Comedy] [Subverting Expectations] [Wilderness Antics] [Dating Show Gone Off the Rails]

Other people on dating shows: They bring makeup and outfits, prepare romantic lines, and carefully craft their personas, all for a successful match.

Lu Ye on a dating show: He brings a windbreaker, a survival knife, and a head full of wilderness survival skills, all to earn a 5,000-yuan appearance fee.

Other people on dates: Candlelit dinners, walks by the sea, and one corny pickup line after another.

Lu Ye on dates: Wading into the river to gather snails, setting up a tent, and teaching his partner how to identify poisonous wild vegetables.

The audience is in stitches: They put you on a dating show to fall in love, and you’re out here playing survival mode in the wilderness at the highest difficulty, huh?

That is, until Sun Leilei sucked on a snail and mumbled, "Mm, delicious. Let’s have this again tomorrow."

The whole internet: We ship it! This wilderness couple is endgame!
