Mo Lin was appointed an Underworld official in Yedou. Carrying the Ghost-Suppressing Book, he returned to Earth.
Earth had already been overrun by evil spirits.
“Hey, don’t go out at night. There are monsters everywhere. It’s terrifying.”
“Ghosts? Sorry, I’m not afraid of them. The more monsters there are, the more excited I get.”
“That fellow is practically dripping with ghostly energy. He must be at least an evil ghost. Watch me catch him!” A righteous old man pressed an unfamiliar talisman to Mo Lin’s forehead.
“Are you insane? You’re the ghost. Your whole family’s full of ghosts!” Mo Lin pulled off the talisman and yelled at the old man.
The old man was left standing there, bewildered. “That ghost is so fierce, he isn’t even afraid of talismans!”
After returning to Earth, Mo Lin began his ghost-hunting career... Ten years later, Mo Lin walked down a street with a hundred ghosts in tow, hailed as the strongest ghost master.
