"Wipe the blood when you are injured, and wrap yourself up after death." The eight words on this plain white battle flag are the soul of Shushan - if you don't give in an inch of ground, the city will be destroyed and people will die. On July 7, 1937, in the Era of the Divine Dragon, the demon clan came out from the rift in the north. The Marco Polo Bridge was lost in a bloody battle in one day, and the golden age of cultivating immortals for thousands of years fell into a mountain of corpses and a sea of blood.
Yue Heng, a young man from Chengdu, lost his family to the demon tribe's "Golden Winged Dapeng Formation" and joined the Shushan Sword Sect with deep hatred. The West Shu Sword Sect is located in the natural dangers of Shu Road, and the seventy-two peaks have their own sword heart. They are also an army that "has straw sandals that can break through mountains and rivers, and bare gallbladders that can illuminate the sun and the moon." It has the worst equipment and the least supplies, but it fights bravely and sacrifices the most. The leader of the clan, Liu Xuanyuan, led the Sichuan army out of Sichuan.
From the young man listening to the opera at Wuhou Temple, to a broken spear in the flesh millstone; from the ruined lonely city of Guangde, to the long night of weeping blood of 300,000 innocent souls in Jinling; from the broken flag at Niangzi Pass, to the setting sun of the buried loyalists in Teng County - Yue Heng and his fellow sects fought in the south and north. Some people burned their bodies with thunder talismans to blow up the enemy's iron beasts, some sacrificed their lives to burn out the sparks, some were looked down upon by the "Qingtian Sect" and nailed to their spines by the rebel flag of the "Wang Mastiff Sect", but they never put down their spears and swords.
This is an epic scroll that casts the flames of the Anti-Japanese War into the lineage of Xianxia. There are no lofty immortals here, only mortal swordsmen who use their flesh and blood to measure mountains and rivers.
