This book is also known as The Heavenly Court in the Palm of Your Hand.
Eight thousand years ago, countless immortal sects wantonly harvested the world's spiritual energy, causing the spiritual energy of the realm to disperse and its vitality to wither. Natural and man-made disasters arose one after another, and as the realm visibly declined into desolation, countless immortal sects abandoned it and departed.
According to the deductions of those skilled in divining the secrets of heaven, ten thousand years later, a tide of vitality would surge forth and the realm would regain its life. The cultivators of the many immortal sects rejoiced and agreed to return after ten thousand years to harvest it.
Zhang Ke, an ordinary disciple from a third-rate sect, learned the truth about this realm. For the sake of his own life and the person he loved, he resolutely decided to rebuild the Heavenly Court and unite the power of the entire realm to oppose the catastrophe brought by the immortal sects' return.
