This story tries to stay true to the original, with a few wild departures…
Li Shu's soul transmigrated to the Shrouding the Heavens World, where he got a sign-in System, only for the System to lie flat!
After cultivating in secret for a hundred years, he became a Sage. As luck would have it, the grand gathering of the myriad races was being held at the Jade Lake Holy Land.
As a newly risen Sage of the human race, Li Shu fought the ancient race's experts alongside the White-Clothed God King, Jiang Taixu, in a bloody battle that won humanity a chance to negotiate.
Li Shu made a name for himself in that battle, and so began his fantastical journey through the vast world of Shrouding the Heavens…
Ye Fan: What a waste of talent. He should be in business!
Black Emperor: That bastard is even more ruthless than this emperor. Does he really get such a thrill from bullying me all the time?
Restricted-Zone Supremes: How does this guy who took an alternative path to enlightenment just refuse to die?
Strange Creatures: An unforeseen variable has appeared. The secrets of heaven are impossible to read!
(The setting is based on the Shrouding the Heavens trilogy, not just the world of Shrouding the Heavens.)
