Ninghua is a small, remote city in the north. As a green train nearing its final stop there approaches the station, a passenger is found dead in his sleep! Liu Jun, the forensic examiner from the Ninghua Public Security Bureau, happens to be aboard. His experience tells him that something is wrong. Yuan Fang, from the major crimes unit of the Ninghua Criminal Investigation Brigade, takes charge of the murder case aboard the green train.
