Synopsis
When Gu Chang'an wakes up, she finds herself transmigrated into the role of the doomed crown princess in an old-fashioned, melodramatic abuse novel. In the original story, she is infatuated with Crown Prince Mo Jingting, but his cherished white moonlight, Bai Ruowei, tramples her underfoot. In the end, she is falsely accused of treason and given a cup of poisoned wine, dying with her eyes still open.
Gu Chang'an sneers. She won't take over a loser’s life.
The white lotus plays the victim in public? A few words from Gu Chang'an rip off her mask and leave her humiliated.
The crown prince coldly announces he will depose her? Gu Chang'an turns the tables and produces evidence of treason, leaving him unable to make a move.
Everyone in the palace waits to laugh at the "disgraced crown princess," but they can only watch as she turns the whole game on its head, step by step.
But the tyrannical crown prince, who should hate her to the bone, is acting more and more strangely...
"I like you just the way you are: wanting to kill me, but unable to do it."
"Gu Chang'an, if you want to escape, I'll turn the entire Eastern Palace into your cage."
Gu Chang'an sharpens her knife: So when exactly can she kill this bastard?
[Sweet, satisfying revenge against scumbags / 1v1 / HE] The heroine is bold and ruthless, while the hero is a madman who can't resist her. They tear into each other early on, then join forces as equals later. Packed with laughs, this is one read you won't regret!
