Don't Mess with the Coffin Seller

The world was once corrupted. After the last Human Emperor severed the connection between Heaven and Earth, the ancient terrors left behind in the mortal realm, impossible to destroy and unspeakable, came to be known as "Taboos"...

Deep in Poshui Alley, southwest of Anping County, stands an old funeral shop with a broken signboard.

No one knows where the shop came from. They only know that the shopkeeper can suppress even the most vicious evil spirits, the kind even cultivators can't handle, with nothing but a single coffin made of cypress wood.

A rich young lady in red hanging from a beam, an ancient jade that nurtures souls and seethes with resentment, a courtesan hiding secrets in the pleasure quarter, a greedy little girl in the alley... Beneath the bustling everyday life of the marketplace, dark forces stir.

And in that bottomless old well, something seems to be sleeping, something even more terrifying than evil spirits...
