Drunk, I recline on a beauty's lap; awake, I grip a sword that kills. I seek no priceless jade, only the power to kill!
After the Spring and Autumn period came the Warring States period. More than ten states divided the land, among which Qi, Chu, Yan, Han, Zhao, Wei, and Qin were the strongest, and together they were known as the Seven Warring States. The Zhou court was weak, and the world had no ruler. Qin and Qi vied for supremacy, Zhao was growing powerful, and the states formed alliances and counteralliances to keep one another in check. Truly, "no country knew peace, no year passed in peace," and "alliances were ever shifting, and no land had a fixed master." It was also an age of fierce rivalries, when talent flourished and a hundred schools of thought contended.
The story begins in Zhao during the later years of King Wuling.
Time flies
In a flash, 6 years have passed

I particularly like Zhao as the King, and I very much hope that the author can continue writing. I will always support it.
