Let Her Be Reckless

[A heroine who pretends to be proper but is truly wild and brazen vs. a scheming, ruthless, obsessive hero] Her husband has barely died when his first love, heavily pregnant, shows up to fight over the inheritance. Her mother-in-law demands she make way for the unborn child, while her father-in-law swallows up her billions in dowry. Xi Xianyue tries to endure and give in, but she's betrayed again and again. Heartbroken, she begins plotting to take back everything that belongs to her. The famous Mr. Huo has been watching her from the shadows for a long time, showering her with resources and connections and spending lavishly, all to win a smile from her. He congratulates her on becoming a widow, wishes her wealth, and tells her to consider him, too. Xi Xianyue: “Romance costs money.” Huo Que settles for less: “We can start as lovers. No feelings involved.” Xi Xianyue: “I'll keep you, but you have to pay me.” Huo Que: “I've never heard of an employee paying to go to work.” Xi Xianyue: “Take it or leave it.” “I want it.” ? Huo Que: “And I want to love you, too.” Meng Yu is lucky enough to survive. When he returns, he discovers that the wife he despised has become the dazzling center of attention, radiant and brilliant. Countless men are lined up, begging for her favor. Meng Yu is furious. “She's my wife!” Xi Xianyue: “Be precise. Ex-wife.” The dignified Young Master Meng's eyes turn red as he cautiously takes her hand. “Little Moon, I was wrong. Would you still take me back?” Mr. Huo kicks him away. “Get lost. My wife doesn't take out the trash.”
