A Night of Rich Hues in the Capital

The day Song Ni reunited with Gu Jingze, she almost thought she had mistaken him for someone else.

The once arrogant and heartless heir was now not only down on his luck, but suffering from amnesia and lying in the hospital with no one to care for him.

She had only stopped by to visit him, but Gu Jingze latched onto her. He was obedient and well-behaved, even calling her "big sister." He was as easy to train as a dog.

"Are you going out to work, Big Sis? Will you still love me when you come back?"

"I can't think about you, Big Sis. Every time I do, all I see is a mosaic."

"..."

So this was what sweetness felt like. Song Ni threw herself into loving him with all her heart, meeting his passion without hesitation.

Until one day, Gu Jingze regained his memory, and the first thing he did was dump her.

He said, "I'm sorry. I can't return your feelings."

He also said, "Can you stop pestering me? It's annoying."

Song Ni couldn't accept it. She tried to make peace with him countless times, only to be met with ever-increasing coldness.

At last, her heart turned to ash. She gathered up all her love and walked away from him.

Until that night.

A torrential rain poured over the capital. Song Ni looked at the man kneeling outside her home in the downpour and gave him the same answer: "Can you stop pestering me? It's annoying."
