A Night of Rich Hues in the Capital

The day Song Ni runs into Gu Jingze again, she almost thinks she's mistaken him for someone else. The once haughty, heartless heir is now not only down on his luck, but has also lost his memory. He's lying in a hospital with no one to care for him. She only stops by to visit him on her way past, but Gu Jingze latches onto her from then on. He's sweet and obedient, even calling her “big sister,” and he's as easy to train as a dog.

“Are you going out to work, Big Sister? Will you still love me when you come back?”

“I don't dare think about you, Big Sister. Every time I do, all I see is a censor bar.”

“...”

So this is what sweetness feels like. Song Ni throws herself into returning his passion with all her heart. Until one day, Gu Jingze regains his memory, and the first thing he does is dump her. He says, “I'm sorry, I can't return your feelings.”

He also says, “Can you stop clinging to me? It's annoying.”

Song Ni can't accept it. She tries to make up with him countless times, but all she gets in return is increasingly cold treatment. At last, her heart turns to ash, and she takes back all her love and distances herself from him.

Until that night. A torrential rain pours down over the capital. Song Ni looks at the man kneeling in the downpour outside her home and says the very same thing back to him: “Can you stop clinging to me? It's annoying.”
