[Apocalypse] [Stockpiling] [Shelter] [Farming] [Special Forces Male Lead]
Rabbit starvation is what happens when a person in a famine has nothing to eat but rabbit meat. No matter how much they eat, they still soon starve to death.
It's caused by nutritional imbalance.
·
But you won't starve if you eat only potatoes.
Potatoes are one of the few foods that can keep a person from starving to death, providing nearly all the nutrients the body needs to maintain its vital functions.
·
In short: potatoes are awesome.
·
Qiao Xuejun graduated with a degree in agricultural science and had just started working when she unexpectedly transmigrated into an apocalyptic world and became bound to a Granary System.
The apocalypse is coming: extreme heat, torrential rain, floods, blizzards, acid rain, and mutated creatures. Extreme weather alternates, disasters keep coming, supplies run short, and humanity struggles to survive.
System: Stockpile food to exchange for a shelter. The more food you have, the better the shelter!
Stockpiling food and farming? What a coincidence, that's exactly my field!
·
The moment she opens her eyes, some awful relatives try to trick her into buying the potatoes they couldn't sell.
Would you look at that, the potatoes are Holland 15, a variety with a short dormancy period and strong disease resistance. They're easy to grow and store, and yield up to ten thousand jin per mu.
There's a whole warehouse of them. While her relatives look at her like a sucker, Qiao Xuejun buys them all.
·
System: Congratulations, Host, on completing the pre-disaster stockpiling mission. Mission reward: Shelter (Basic). The apocalypse will arrive in just one day.
