The Spirited Policewoman and Her Flustered, Aloof Captain

Chu Jun rescued a country girl who had been kidnapped and trafficked at an inn, only to discover that she was the fiancée promised to him in an arranged marriage when they were children.

Thinking An Nuan was ignorant and greedy, eager to marry into a wealthy family, he sent her to the police station as a temporary worker, hoping to make her give up.

But the girl wasn't afraid of corpses or blood. With just one glance, she could spot clues to a murder, and with the point of a finger, she could identify the direction an investigation should take.

Chu Jun never thought that even a criminal investigation squad captain like him could misjudge someone so badly. Before he knew it, he couldn't take his eyes off her.

An Nuan never thought that the cold-hearted jerk she'd written off from the start could also be gentle and devoted.
