The rights to all three books have been sold for film and television adaptations. Selected for the China Writers Association’s 2024 key web-fiction support program. A Chinese Godfather, telling the story of the millions of antiques smuggled out of the country and brought back, from the month before the Old Summer Palace was burned in 1860 to the present day. The best way to hide something isn’t to keep it out of sight, but to display it openly and proudly.
