The work makes extensive use of overflowing and transformed discourse, with an emphasis on the dynamic development of its characters. Set against the backdrop of real historical times, it uses heartfelt, moving, witty, and humorous stories to portray the career and romantic ups and downs of grassroots young teachers such as Shang Qingzhu and Rong Lihan. Through their tireless work in education across the countryside, towns, and coastal cities, it showcases the positive achievements of four decades of educational reform and development, as well as their effects on teachers and students. It encourages people to meet the needs of education in the new era, uphold the principle of fostering virtue through education, implement the Party's educational policies, remain committed to educating people for the Party and cultivating talent for the country, and strive to provide an education that satisfies the people!
The work takes the growth experience of young grassroots teachers who teach in different types of schools in urban and rural areas as the main line, and takes the promotion of education construction by urban and rural economic and cultural development as the background. It inserts the memories of several generations of educators to present the great achievements of education reform and development in a large span for more than 40 years. It reflects the original aspiration and mission of grassroots educators to implement the party's education policy, adhere to the moral education of people, educate talents for the country, and strive to provide education that satisfies the people. In the work, Shang Qingzhu, a rural out-of-school orphan in a remote area, has received care, guidance and motivation from the education department and outstanding educators in the process of rural and urban education development. He has gradually broken down barriers to schooling and employment, and has developed a tough character through his teaching experience in rural, urban and urban areas. , Together with classmate Wu Xiang who has returned from his lost way, self-taught lover Rong Lihan, Zhou Xiaoxiao and Zheng Xiuping who have returned to their hometown to devote themselves to rural education and other young teachers, they have devoted themselves to the prosperity of peaches and plums in the teaching garden. They have also given full play to their literary expertise, created a patriotic education brand course, and piloted shared teaching for urban and rural interoperability. The work makes extensive use of overflowing words and variant words, and adopts creative techniques such as defamiliarization and symbolism, and has strong literary expression. For example, the large chestnut tree planted on the campus when the People's Republic of China was first founded symbolizes the older generation of educational backbones trained by the party and government; the green bamboo symbolizes the backbone of young teachers in the new era; the peach and plum blossoms symbolize the prosperity of education. In addition, the work also pays great attention to character development.
The entire article runs through the difficult process of my country's education reform and looks forward to the future of education. The transformation from exam-oriented education to quality education is the expectation of the Chinese people!
It's beautiful, and it captures the reality of the educational environment of that era!
This book is good, it looks simple, but the emotional descriptions are quite delicate! The images of rural children and rural teachers are very touching! It's what it looked like in that era, it's not false or artificial!
The protagonist Shang Qingzhu's struggle is touching and representative. The author's writing style is very good and his language is innovative.
Real feelings, real life, real feelings, moving people with emotion, for example, teacher Li Xiaoyan, in that era, private education made great sacrifices and contributions to the country and the people, educating a generation of children with heart and affection. The protagonist's struggle was deeply inspired by his love, and he nurtured a generation of people for the country, with a meager salary, the spirit is touching,
The author's description is very contemporary and very relevant to reality.
The subject matter is rich, the literary talent is brilliant, and the language is novel.
The second level is written naturally and beautifully, and reflects the education reform process quite realistically. The focus is on comprehensively promoting quality education, right? It also adds the promotion of secondary normal education to alleviate the shortage of rural teachers, right? It is a natural advancement of the first level to pool resources to improve rural education! This process is a real process of educational reform and you should understand it!
A rare good work with profound themes and good language and writing.
