The Busy Farmer's Kitchen

A modern-day chef is transported into the past and becomes the wicked, overweight stepmother everyone in a small mountain village despises. The original owner was arrogant and unfaithful after marrying a hunter, always dreaming of marrying into a wealthier family. She even tried to seduce the town's rich young heir, only to be beaten and thrown out, narrowly escaping being drowned in a pig cage... Luckily, she has the God of Cookery's compendium. She can turn weeds into delicacies, open restaurants and grand dining halls, and personally cook her way to becoming the capital's God of Cookery. The only thing that troubles her is that, while cleaning up the original owner's mess, she felt so guilty toward the hunter and tried so hard to make it up to him that he became hooked on her. For the rest of his life, he will only have eyes for her. Yu Shu: “Let's get a divorce. If we're not right for each other, we're not right for each other. I don't want to hold you back.” Pei Qinglin: “I'll become a general, and you'll be a chef. We're clearly made for each other.” Xiaobao: “Mother, are you leaving me and Father behind?!”
