Love and All-Nighters: Hack Through the Wasteland

Lu Meng: “You’ll never know how terrifying a disciplined player can be in the wasteland.”

Here’s my daily schedule:

[12 a.m.: Get up right on time. Have you ever seen two moons at midnight?

1–2 a.m.: Practice stealth and moonlight as a locksmith for a good cause.

3–4 a.m.: Scavenge.

5–6 a.m.: Practice assassination, then pick up trash nobody wants.

7–8 a.m.: March under a heavy load, set up a stall for free, and boost the city’s economy.

9 a.m.: Get spotted by the guards, then join them in a citywide marathon.

10 a.m.: Even though they catch up, invite the guards to train with me. Friendship first, competition second.

11 a.m.–10 p.m.: Hack my way from south to north, from daylight to darkness!

11 p.m.–midnight: Scavenge, keep the city clean, and be a person with love in their heart.]

A desolate world, a forsaken planet. A once-prosperous empire has risen and fallen again and again, while civilization lies in ruins…

With two thousand hours of gaming memories and a proficiency panel, Lu Meng became the game character he had created.

Looking at the bandits, tyrants, mutated creatures, and wasteland psychos running wild everywhere, he decided to put a player’s talents to use and reform the world through kindness and sheer, all-night grind!

Lu Meng: A grind is a grind, even if you’re grinding other people.
