A Hundred Billion in Supplies: I Own a City That Never Sleeps

[Apocalypse + City Building + Stockpiling + Space + Superpowers...] The apocalypse arrived. Ghosts and monsters ran rampant, disasters struck without end, and the global population plummeted. Survivors across the world endured countless hardships to establish survival bases. Seven years into the apocalypse, disaster struck again, and survival bases everywhere fell one after another. Ruan Yu opened her eyes and found herself back before the apocalypse began. She unexpectedly picked up a sword, then became bound to a World-Saving System. [Wherever our sword points becomes our territory! My lord, begin your campaign and make the world tremble beneath our blades! Hooray!] Ruan Yu: ??? Where did this chuuni patient come from? [Our goal is to save the world and give every survivor a home! My lord, you’ve got this~] Ruan Yu: “...” Could she throw this thing back in for repairs? But what was this little wooden cabin that had suddenly appeared? [This is your territory, my lord. Go recruit survivors and fill your city!~] Ruan Yu stared at the dilapidated little cabin before her, with wind and rain pouring in, and fell silent. With a shack like this, there was no need for zombies. One gust of wind would blow it down. It couldn’t withstand natural disasters or defend against zombies and mutated beasts. Who would dare live here? So why were more and more people coming to join her? [This is a feel-good power fantasy. Don’t overthink the golden finger or the logic.]
