Old Habits Become Temptation

Qiao Jinan and Jiang Cheng once shared a love more passionate than any other.

Jiang Cheng loved Qiao Jinan with all his heart.

Later, for various reasons, Qiao Jinan was the one who asked to break up.

Consumed by pain, Jiang Cheng left for another country in a fit of rage.

When they meet again five years later, Jiang Cheng is engaged to Qiao Jinan's best friend.

Not wanting to disrupt their lives, Qiao Jinan decides to leave.

When Jiang Cheng finds out, he loses control with rage and seems ready to crush her bones. “Qiao Jinan, is running away with your tail between your legs all you know how to do? You’re not going anywhere until I make you pay for every last bit of pain you caused me!”

After that, Qiao Jinan finds herself caught in a strange cycle. The more she tries to stay away from Jiang Cheng, the more unavoidable it becomes that they are closely entangled.

Only later does Qiao Jinan learn that this was all a trap Jiang Cheng had carefully laid for her, with the sole purpose of capturing her again.

It turns out that from beginning to end, Jiang Cheng never intended to let her go!

Many years ago, Jiang Cheng was infected with a poison called “Qiao Jinan.” It took him five years to escape with his life.

He never expected to see her again five years later and immediately relapse into his old addiction.

Only then did he realize that some people are both a calamity and a gift from fate. If he can’t escape her, then she won’t get away either!
