Loneliness Is All I Need

Some parts of the novel are okay, but the logic, storyline, and writing style are still far behind Tang Yingxiao's other classic novels. I think the biggest logical flaw is that the male protagonist returns to the family to get the female protagonist's heart to save Shen Wanting. This logic is very unreasonable. Would you keep a dog as a pet in order to kill it? I'm sure the more we get along with each other, the more emotional we will become and the more reluctant we are to let go. So in theory, there is no need for the male protagonist to have a personal connection with the female protagonist. With the strength of the male protagonist and the Shen family, it would be too easy to cause an accident for the female protagonist and end up in the hospital. Why bother going through such a big circle? So the basis of the whole story was not established from the beginning.

The first half of this book is really not very good, and the plot is not very attractive (maybe this is also the reason why there are not many readers and reviews). But the second half is very exciting, with twists and turns, fascinating and worth reading. The first half is for jumping to understand the characters in the book and their connections, while the second half requires careful reading.
