Feigned Indifference

The night Song Yanqing left the country, Yu Qing almost died in the midsummer downpour.

The two met again.

With a drunken smile that could ensnare anyone, Yu Qing said, "Welcome back, Mr. Song."

Song Yanqing acted as if he hadn't heard her.

The next day, Yu Qing walked out of Song Yanqing's room.

Later, Song Yanqing pinned her against a corner of the wall, his face dark. "You flirt with me, then think you can run?"

Yu Qing smiled. "I... think I'd like to try someone else."

All that feigned restraint is just desire for you that I can barely suppress.
