The Hunt

Song Qitang searched high and low before choosing her bodyguard, Jiang Yanxing, to be her lover.

People teased that Jiang Yanxing was a dog kept by Miss Song, obeying her every command.

But beneath that dog’s face was a wolf. He brought down the Song family and personally sent Song Qitang, the woman who had caused his childhood friend’s death, to court.

From then on, Star City’s brightest jewel was ground into the dirt.

Later, with Jiang Yanxing surrounded on all sides, the mastermind behind it all turned out to be Song Qitang, back for revenge.

On the rooftop, the night wind howled.

Weathered and destitute, Jiang Yanxing stared at Song Qitang. “Are you willing to come back to me?”

“No.” Song Qitang lifted her chin slightly and pointed toward the dark abyss. “Not unless you’re torn to pieces right in front of me.”

Jiang Yanxing spent ten whole years trying to lure Song Qitang in.

In the end, he suddenly realized that he was the one who had taken the bait.
