Zhu Di Faked His Death? Then I Guess I'll Have to Conquer the World!

In the eighteenth year of Yongle, Zhu Gaochi, who transmigrated here long ago, discovers that Zhu Di has died unexpectedly ahead of schedule?

Then I, Zhu Gaochi, can inherit the throne in the proper order.

Anyone who dares cause trouble can have a taste of my new Three Great Battalions!

What Zhu Gaochi doesn't know is that Zhu Di actually faked his death because his son never applied himself. Afraid the Jingnan Campaign would happen all over again, he wants to use this trick to see which of his sons is best suited to be emperor.

He wants to find out whether the Ming dynasty can remain just as prosperous after his death.

“What? Zhu Gaochi has raised hundreds of thousands of elite soldiers?”

“What? He's going overseas too, to wage war?”

“What? You call that steam? You call that a train?”

Only gradually does Zhu Di realize: How has my Ming dynasty become so powerful?

Oh, no. It's my son's Ming dynasty.
