Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio: Doing Good and Saving Lives, a Young Monk at Lanruo Temple from the Start

[Fantasy + Wild Imagination + Demon Slaying]

In the world of Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio, heaven and earth undergo a cataclysmic change. The gods and Buddhas vanish, and demons run rampant.

Ye Xizhou arrives in the world with an automatic Merit System.

The bad news is that the place he transmigrates to is the Lanruo Temple.

The good news is that Lanruo Temple hasn't fallen. It's still the most powerful Buddhist sect within a hundred-mile radius.

With the automatic Merit System giving him an edge, Ye Xizhou is invincible.

Can't cultivate Buddhist light? I'll spend Merit points!

Can't grasp the scriptures and make progress in cultivation? I'll spend even more Merit points!

Can't form a golden Buddhist body? I'll spend Merit points again!

Later, after Ye Xizhou has slaughtered every demon under heaven, the gods and Buddhas return and throw their support behind the demons.

He stands alone against the gods and Buddhas filling the sky.

“Invade my Xuanhuang Realm, and die!”
