Kiss Me as the Storm Approaches

(A sharp-tongued but soft-hearted criminal investigation captain vs. a reborn queen of the underworld, two formidable leads locked in an intense battle of wills) When Meng Chengxiao first saw Chen Xi at a bar, she was being bullied by several drunk men and crying pitifully.
