Taboos for Breaking Evil Spirits

Lu Chaowu gave a wandering Daoist priest three bean cakes and received a copy of The Yin-Yang Talismans in return. Using the book to observe and dispel baleful energy, he made a modest name for himself. Later, when the waters of Dragon Tail River ran dry and the Fish King Temple appeared, Lu Chaowu found half of a River Chief's treasured relic there. This sparked conflict across the martial world, driven by baleful energy, as factions schemed against one another. In the end, Lu Chaowu used what he had learned from the Feng Shui Wall and The Yin-Yang Talismans to break the baleful influence and identify the dragon's lair. Then, together with his master's wife, he settled down to a happy life.
